The way we work
Basically we offer two ways of selling your property.
Non Exclusive
This is the most common way to list and sell your property.
Trend Marbella will list your property and we use our selling tools to market and sell your property. This way you are not committed to Trend only and there is no fee applicable for the listing and valuation of your property. There will only be a fee applicable when the property will be sold by us.
Exclusive
To make a difference and increase the possibility to sell faster we offer the option to choose the exclusive agreement which has lots of advantages. In our opinion the most accurate way to sell your property!
